1. About Orbi

Orbi is a chat and event messaging app operated by Anna Rasmussen, based in Denmark. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Orbi mobile application.

2. User Accounts

To use Orbi, you may be required to create an account. When doing so, you must provide:

• Phone number
• A username (does not need to be your real name)
• An optional profile photo

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.

3. User Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy. Orbi stores only the following personal data:

• Phone number
• Username
• Profile photo (optional)
• Date of birth (optional)

You may delete your account at any time, and you may delete your chats and events through the app interface. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

Orbi uses third-party service providers for features such as hosting, storage, or analytics. While we take care to work with reputable services, we are not responsible for issues arising from their services to the extent permitted by law.

5. Content and Conduct

Orbi is designed primarily for private communication between users. Some features, such as public groups or events, may allow content to be shared with a broader audience.

You may not use Orbi to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit malicious code or spam
• Harass or harm other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse or abuse.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Orbi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to functionality, availability, or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Orbi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Denmark and the applicable laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in Danish courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of Orbi after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
